General rules

BED & BREAKFAST rooms: between 06/30/2017 and 09/03/2017, shortest booking = 2 nights

-Self-caterings rules :
DEPOSIT : on arriving, you have to leave 400 € and, at departure, you recover them if anything is OK.

- CLEANING = 60 € fixed rate by a cleanning lady OR you clean hard by YOURSELF and you leave a perfectly clean tidy home ...and garden !

- ANIMAL = About anyone, he (she) must be notified by written contract ( 30 € extra)
